At 12:44 hrs, MICU 31-2 along with Station 27 and Rescue 31 were dispatched to York Haven Road and Fallsview Ave for an MVA unknown injuries. Box was quickly upgraded to an MVA with rollover and ejection. First units arriving confirmed ejection with a patient along the roadway. MICU arriving determined patient needed to be flown because of the extent of there injuries. Life Lion out of Hershey Med transported the patient by air.
