Tanker Responds to Box 27-04

Earlier today the Tanker along with the Fire Chief responded to a basement fire in box 27-04. First arriving units from Tanker 26 and 28 found a One Story Rancher with reported smoke showing, Tanker 31 arrived and the crew put one line in service from Tanker 26. Chief Hillis arrived and assumed the Pleasant Grove Road Command, initial reports indicated a possible attic fire, Interior officer Lieutenant 31 (Ramstad) along with firefighter’s from 26/28 were able to locate the fire quickly in the basement and hold the fire in check with no extensions into the first floor. Chief 31-1 (Harbold) held the operations.
