Rescue on 83 for a Truck Fire

Crews just picked up from a work truck fire on interstate 83 South at the Newberrytown off ramp. Rescue along with Chief 31-1 responded, while responding units were advised of a well involved working vehicle fire. Additional equipment was dispatched to assist bringing Engine 28-1 and Tanker 68. Fire was quickly knocked down and the scene was scaled back to company 31. Fire Police from station 68 assisted with the temporary interstate closure while crews operated.
